Class Not Registered Windows 10

my settings do not open,
my notifaction icon in the bottom right coner does not open,
my 'type here to search' does not open,
almost noything on my windows 10 does not work!!
what must i do!!??????????????????????

FYI i found doing a system restore fixed my problem, open control panel, type "recovery" into the search bar on the control panel, click "open system restore" and continue with that process, selecting whichever date you choose

It didn't work.

I followed this step by step.
Method 1 now has my computer completely and totally screwed. It wont even turn on now.

This is the easy way if you can't open an app you installed, go to the microsoft store, press the app you downloaded, you see the button says ''Launch''? Click it. And it is now fixed.

idk why but changing the language and rebooting the system helped and u can go with rightclick and display settings to the home settings
