Why is Zoom Blur Background not Working?

My mac doesn't work

I find it hard to believe that an Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU 5405U @ 2.30GHz on a 6 month old laptop with Version: 5.9.3 (3169) has anything to do with the blur background not being available...what about ppl who were getting it and then all of sudden it disappeared after an update? It seems to me that there's been a big stuff up somewhere and Zoom haven't fixed it yet. Come on Zoom, I'm sure you have the software engineering prowess to get this fixed once and for all, before ppl decide to move to MS Teams!

I updated my intel hd graphics from 3000 to 4000 still its not working
