Might be a stupid question, but I had 9 or 10 estus flasks at one point. Same build, followed the same route; only difference is I levelled up my my strength and dexterity to level 14 so I could use the Uchikatana weapon as this is my first melee build in a souls game & I wanted to have some more attack power since my parrying skills are subpar. I killed the undead merchant & died a little after that and now I only have 5 estus flasks. Is this due to my actions or am I just messing up my inventory or a setting?

I can't do crap with the pyromancer. His spell takes forever to use. Might as well just use a sword

This whole video was basically showing you the first area and nothing to do with making an OP pyromancer. You should've named this Pyromancer playthrough or something else

Just tried this...half my fireball's missed.....then got cornered by entrance...no vision, couldn't escape, couldn't move...dead.

what starting gift did you chose for the pyromancer?

Just in case you don't know.. one great area to farm for Large Titanite Shards (Green Also) is the Slugs across from the bon fire cave in Blight Town. Wear the serpent ring (in the room where the ball breaks the wall after they stack up. At the bottom of the ramp where the sorcerer serpent is above sniping.. in Sens Fortess.) You can feed the green ones to Framp for large one's

You had some good tips but way from a guide. (New DS player here) and yes the game is not that hard for us boomers. But I like to watch both builds and guides. This was neither. The "episodes" misses end-game etc and misses a lot. This is more of a tutorial. Don't follow this "guide" like me and have too check others.

I feel no remorse for killing 1 non hostile NPC and that's the blue armored fuck at firelink shrine, he does nothing, insults and shit talks and his advice is neither wanted nor welcome. he's the first NPC i always kill. and the shop keeper for the weapon
And those two swords aren't ment to be "good" they're good early game starter weapons.

Got darksouls for free on gold when dark souls 2 came out. Love playing it on my 360 still and would never pay for a graphics upgrade

I'd say chunks are better

Chunks are very hard to farm until you reach klin of the 1st (just before gwyn, lord of cynder)

I kind of regret doing this pyro build. The range and casting time absolutely suck.

I'm not defending it. But, it seems like people to this day are still confused as to what a remaster is vs a straight up remake/reboot, lol. Remaster is just the same game, with a bit of improved graphics and sometimes resolution. Remake is usually the same game but made completely from scratch usually using the engine of more modern iterations/sequels of the same game.

I like playing a heavily armored caster. I am literally a tank. A mobile, armored weapons platform.

What was that fire breath spell?

with master key. you could get 2 fire keeper souls before taking 1 boss. and you could get 22 something lvles 20min into the game if you know how to go through the underground grave.. but i got a problem with the pyro. it seems to be bugged. like, if you are too far away, even tho your fire balls explode on your enemies, it doesent pull off dmg.. wtf is that?

why right hand pyromancy glove?

they should have made the cloth physics better like they made cloth physics in 2 and 3

i just dont get what happents with estus flashk one time is 5 and if he gets humanity is 10,i did the same and it is still 5...after the dragon he rest and hhe is 6 wtf

Black knight halberd Weapon is Good but is usually wielded with one hand which mean you will need to dodge alot and remove a piece of your robe to prevent fat rolling

Bought the remastered not long ago. I beat the game in ng not ng plus, but I’m looking forward to beating the game with every class, even deprived or whatever his name is

You accomplished more in 30 minutes that I could in 3 hours and 30 minutes. And no, I'm not exaggerating. That said, it was my first character. I kept dying so now I'm looking at tutorials. :/

honestly wish they didn't do the changes to pvp and such so that matchmaking between the games could be shared. splitting the community isn't great.

Cool run, looking forward to watching. Pyromancy is still my favorite playstyle, usually I'll run Falchion for pretty much the whole game(until getting Gold Tracer) and ditch the shield for a parrying dagger if I want extra challenge, using Power Within to stack damage and bleed quickly. A little derivative of the Oroboro build but oh well lmao. I reeeaaally wish the remaster included new content, like it would have been great to get a new Flame Weapon spell that adds like 1.5x your flames spell buff in fire damage to a weapon with 3 uses like CMW. I'd actually use Falchion over GT if we got something like that.
