After working on this for 1 hour, I found out that my Garmin watch was connected to another iPhone in the house.

We cant learn from your video its too fast and the video is sideways

Mine wont reconnect at all. I removed device as garmin said now app finds watch but wont connect it

Obviously ignoring user manual section about shortcuts - even with Fenix 3 I always had Shortcut START / STOP set to Bluetooth (now Phone) and BACK to WiFi. Simple, and what the guy in video does with a ton of button presses you do with just 2 : )

A shorter way is a long press to the light button. Here you can select the bt connection to the phone too... And no scrolling through menues...
