4K FIRESTICK BOOT LOOP FIX

I can't reset it. It's called " brick" Amazon's known since June this loops happening. I'm sending it back to get 20% off a new one, & a gift card. I'm ok with that since it's way outside warranty

I Installed ADB from your link then after i open cmd and write cd Launcher nothin happends it says it dosent find it

I usually unplugged my tv firestick.. for a minute or two. Then re-plug, then it reopens…

After running the prompt "adb devices" it shows the Fire Stick being attached, but it is saying "Unauthorized". When I go to run "adb shell" I get an error message saying "error: device unauthorized. Please check the confirmation dialog on your device". What can I do from here?

how to factory reset via adb command? recovery --wipe-data does not work because recovery is not a shell command

What worked for me I think was a little bit easier. I was also stuck in boot loop because of Google Play store and Play services. I also didn't want to factory reset the device it was a first gen cube. So I used the OTG cable and a USB keyboard and just put it into safe mode and then deleted it Google Play services and the app store and restarted just fine. Fuck Amazon eh...

Have a firestick lite that I followed your lead on stopping updates and I installed another launcher and all the usual cool apps. I then deregistered the account. Now adding a new account I get registration successful message and bootloop. What could be the fix for that? I don't think it's an app that caused it. Everything was working fine before I deregistered account.

Hi When I try this on my firestick, its gets to list devices attached it lists the device number g*********** but says Unauthorized, Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Rgds Dave

Well all those guys who are complaining about getting device as Unauthorized -- please do below.
1. connect your fire tv with computer via usb and to your tv/ monitor via hdmi cable.
2. Go to Fire tv setting -> developer option - > turn off and on the usb debugging option( may be one or two times) untill you see the screen to allow debugging.
3. Select always for this computer and click on yes.


Now you fire command adb device --> this should work now. As it did for me



For all those where device name is coming as Blank. Please wait for some time. You will here device connecting and disconnecting sound from your laptop.. Check on this pc if your fire stick is coming as a drive. As soon as you will it as a drive then check at command command .. you will see device name post firing adb device command.
