До 31декабря устроила себе челендж каждый день выполнять это упражнение. У меня тоже большие руки и длинные плечи, очень надеюсь эти упражнения помогут мне избавиться от этих комплексов

Day 1 : Easily doable but felt lazy......
Day 2 : Did it with joy felt a little difficult
Day 3 : did twice a day feeling firmness n tightness in my arms, a kind shape I can observe on my arms
Day 4 : now did this (29/1/2023) it's good one I'll follow it for 2 weeks
Day 5 : feeling good (30/11/1023)
Day 6 : (01/11/2023) tightness n a little shape has appeared, arms are quite toned.
Day 7: (02/12/2023) feeling good.
Week 2
Day 8 :(03//12/2023) a little tightness I can see now, hands are looking firm.
I started this workout today and will continue updating. My arms are 17-18 inches.

Ответить2 weeks I've been doing this an my arms are visibly slimmer, i highly recommend this work out if you wana loose arm fat an tone your arms.

Ответитьi did this with weights omg it hurts so bad i haven’t worked out in months. i regret it i gained all my weight back. i had ana then developed a bed.

🍒 day 1 (16/11): I only stopped on the fourth exercise, needed 5 seconds.. I really hate the exercises where I need to keep my arms up LOL but not counting this one I did everything! :D
🍒 day 2 (19/11): so, I skipped two days 🤡🤡 sorry, I was too busy and when I had time to do the exercises I used it to rest BUT here I am!! and today I did everything without any breaks!! 🫶
