Hi-maybe I'm mistaken but in the beginning it looks like your back is arched a bit-I thought the back- sacrum to just below head- is in one straight line. Maybe the video just looked like that.
ОтветитьJust do more pushups everyday. The quickest way. Wake up do a couple of sets of 20s, or 30, or 40s. Eat breakfast, wait an hour, do three sets. Before lunch do three sets...and so on. Just do more pushups when you have free and you will see results in no time. Of course please learn proper hand placement.

ОтветитьYou don't need to increase weight, just perform more reps SLOWER! Really slow down each pushup as much as possible and focus your mind on the muscles being used. It is NOT quantity, it is quality. 100 pushups a zillion miles an hour really amounts to little as opposed to say 20 or 30 Quality slow pushups which are far more demanding with regard to overload.

This guy’s form is not correct, so achieving 100 actual pushups is not as easy as he makes it appear.
Don’t get too worked up on doing 100 pushups in a row.
Unless you’re in the military, it doesn’t matter.
I’d say 40 pushups in a row is already good enough for a healthy young man.
For every comment/reply i see saying they will do push ups for likes, I will do one push up

ОтветитьGreat video, perfect advice. I started doing negative pushups in my room at 1am with the lights off, I knew I was overweight and wanted to lose it all. I failed, gave up after a few days, and got even fatter. Then I got an injury playing basketball, and the doctor told me to lose weight fast. I did. No exercise, just dieted, until around 87kg. Super proud of myself. School started and I joined the kickboxing club, and got reminded how far I could still go. Started doing knee pushups every week, twice a week. After a few months, I could finally do 1 full pushups. Surprisingly, the progress sped up and I could do 10 full pushups within just 1 or 2 months, it was crazy. Now I'm in the gym twice a week training full body and trying to build a proper physique, but everyone starts somewhere, so don't give up and start the spiral of positive growth.
