The presentator mentioned that the Extensor Carpi Radialis Brevis insert at the lateral epicondyle, it is actually the origin and the insertion is on the dorsal base of the 3rd Metacarpal

Sir I am Athlete and whenever I do sprint session next day when I walk I feel aching in my groin and I stretch my groin then I not feel anything but when I do hip flexor stretch then I feel aching in my groin..sir i am in very problem.. Please help.. Don't ignore sir..
