to make sure you got the actual game and not the launcher, go to your program files folder in your storage drive, inside there should be a genshin impact folder. open it and click on genshin impact game folder and the game should be inside it.

Id download genshin impact from epic games, and when i put the app in the graphics settings on high performance and i open genshin, the graphics options doesn’t appear, but with other games that id download directly from google it works and the options appears, do you know how to do for the graphics option menu appears?
