This kind of area exist in every city in the world. In Paris for example, it is called Neuilly sur Seine.( Poeple like Owner of Oreal living there: Bettancourt family).
Asking to restrict with gate and privatise an area is called a rich ghetto, like living seperatly from other citizens. Sorry to say this is a discriminating mentality. Poeple are rich in this area because they are living with what the rest of Chennai and rest of the country do produce and create, and telling that they are willing to live seperatly is clearly a sign of seperatism and telling we are not the same citizens: people living in this area are as if they are telling: do what i say but never do what i did. Authorities who have denied these separation have done a good job.
