Johnnie Walker Double Black not being on this list hurt my soul. It is 100% the best alcohol I have ever had in my life. It goes down smoother than water, and is the only whiskey I have ever had that tastes best neat. Being on the rocks completely ruins the smokiness of the whiskey, and cutting it with water is nice, but honestly the mouthfeel and intensity of the scotch as it comes is perfect. The best thing about it though is quite simply the price point. ~$50 MSRP for a scotch that is WAY better than Johnnie Black and (in my opinion) a more pleasant drinking experience than whiskies three times as expensive. I took it to a whiskey and bourbon tasting, and everyone there who gave it a taste (even my cousin who really dislikes scotch) enjoyed it.
Ответить"... And it starts raining."
Me, with an aluminum roof on the house: Oh yeah. He definitely knows what's up.
The most underrated whisky : Knockando 15
ОтветитьFinding the perfect walking stick on a hiking trail
ОтветитьI always avoided Glenrothes because of the name. If you've ever been to Glenrothes in Fife you'd understand.......The laughable thing is the whisky is no where near the Town...
ОтветитьWhen you go swimming and an hour later, you are feeling great, and that warm water pops out of your ear...
ОтветитьIs bunnahabhan really unpeated? It tastes slightly smoky to me.
ОтветитьGlengoyne 10
Few whiskys offer something comparable.
Fruity without beeing really sweet, compared with a lot of other notes like nuts, oak, chocolate and grass which are all nicely balanced.
Get a bottle if you can.
My underrated value pick would be Grangestone Bourbon Cask. I got the bourbon finished bottle on sale for $26 (now ~$35). I really enjoyed it and the price tag really made it that much better. I really want to try their whole series now.
ОтветитьWe need more episode like this.
ОтветитьI'm a total noob to the whiskey world so I've only tried 2 & both were Jack Daniel's lol. They made a southern pecan whiskey & I knew after the 1st sip that I could get in trouble with it because it was smooth with a nutty flavor.
Most underrated life moment: Trying on tennis shoes and finding the perfect one that makes your feet sigh. I call it the footgasm 'cause when you put them on you're like "Oh yeah!" 😆
Everyone is going to hate me for this, but put Clan MacGregor in a barrel for two weeks and tell me it's not better than a 12 year Macallan.
ОтветитьI love bunna 12
ОтветитьWe have a cat named Lester! LOL!
ОтветитьHouse of Stuart.
ОтветитьI believe everything these people are telling me cause they look hungover as fuck
ОтветитьI think Glenfarclas doesn’t get enough respect. Great pour that’s easy to find and available almost everywhere that sells scotch, the 105 I think it’s a really solid dram for what it is. Underrated moment I would have to say when you are golfing and call a difficult shot that you have no confidence you can hit but would never lead on as much to the other players, and you strike it perfect and exactly what you wanted to happen happens, that’s about as satisfying as it gets for me
ОтветитьLove Bunnahabhain 12, but the 18 is mind blowing
ОтветитьI had a Ledaig 10 today, did like it verry mutch, pretty pretty pretty good ....
ОтветитьI can't stand heavy peated whiskeys. By accident I found some recommendations for Bunna 12 as starting point in the world of smoky whiskeys. It's damn good, a true unicorn for my taste! I can also recommend trying Hazelburn 12 and Glen Scotia Double Cask. I would assume that more or less all Glen Scotia variants will deliver as the Double Cask.
ОтветитьBunna 12 and the CS counterpart are both fantastic drams.
ОтветитьWhenever I'm in the mood for a good scotch I just use my water hose to rinse out my smoker pit and drink the run off! Way better than every scotch I've ever had! Love bourbon love whisky love whiskey HATE scotch. I also hate Latakia in my tobacco.
ОтветитьMy dogs name is Aleatoria (random in spanish, feminine form) I call her Ali for short.
ОтветитьI wish they had told us how much these cost
ОтветитьSwedish peated whiskeys. They're awesome and nobody seems to know about them.
Ответить"not dying" really isn't underrated xD
ОтветитьOban Little Bay. For the prices though it feels a little bit less accessible but my goodness that scotch does it for me.
ОтветитьOk well my dogs names are Frank, and Bruno. Bith larger than life personalities 😊. Underrated whisky has to be The Dalmore Cigar Malt but here, in Corporate Thiefstralia, what once was a $100 bottle pre covid is now $240~ and we can thank those corporate crooks for gouging the remaining joy out of our lives. +1 for the Bunnabhain 12
ОтветитьCrop dusting a packed elevator and having the blame completely fall on someone else.
ОтветитьAm I going crazy or does Daniel hit a falsetto in of these episodes or on the vault channel
ОтветитьI want to marry banana
ОтветитьI'm not sure if Bunnahabhain 12 is underrated. Here in Europe (in Germany in particular) we LOVE Bunna 12. Just amazing. Thanks for your video!
ОтветитьI don't have a lot of experience with Irish whiskeys and the main one that I do enjoy is Redbreast 12, which is fairly popular. I'll just pick my favorite underrated alcohol, which is Skrewball. Yeah, it's pretty sweet so I dont drink it neat that often. I mean, I do, im just not a maniac. I do like to throw it into a Whiskey Sour and let that lemon juice cut through the sweetness.
An unusual, underrated experience is the first time wearing a brand new soft flannel shirt!
Best human adult name for a dawg is Hank.😊
ОтветитьMost underrated Scotch - Springbank 15. Tropical fruit, leather, old rope and toffee. Better than that feeling you get when you ACCIDENTALLY hit a perfect pinch harmonic in your solo, and the drummer tuns and looks at you and nods with pursed lips in approval.
ОтветитьTried quite a few. Tammavulin. Old Perth/Putney. Aught.12 very nice. Also Arran 12
ОтветитьMy Dalmatian is named Gus. He is basically the world’s worst co-host but I’d be hard pressed to choose any whiskey over his dumb ass.
ОтветитьCan I suggest a make-up artist for these shoots...or at least a roll of paper towels?
ОтветитьMost underrated whiskey for me would probably be Yellowstone bourbon. 93 proof, good, solid, Bourbon. I think it's right up there with wild turkey 101 for bang for your buck. I would compare it to the feeling you get when that package you were waiting for arrives at your door.
ОтветитьI’ve know about Auchentashen, sp?, for years, and have only heard good things. Reasonably priced too and available too!
Why haven’t I tried it!?
Underrated... Kilkerran 12
ОтветитьPlease review Jim Beam: Jacob's Ghost, white whiskey. Is it worth it? Also, Moar Banana!
Ответитьomg had to pause. bunnahabhain 12 is my absolute favourite whisky... ITSSSSSSS SoOooo good both neat and mixed with coke.. if i had to chose one to drink for the rest of my life its this one. im so exited to see what yall have to say now :))))
ОтветитьBunna 12 will always hit the spot for me !!
ОтветитьAgree 100% on the Bunna 12, that belongs in every scotch collection. I'd also add Benromach 10.
ОтветитьKilkerran 12, just such a nice friendly scotch.
ОтветитьOld Pulteny 12 is quite underrated. A great highland malt monster.
