2 vito zachrání Joea a jejich bok po boku, protože přátelé jsou eliminováni vinci lidmi
3 po observatoři má hráč na výběr, jestli joea zachránit nebo ne, pokud ano, pak 2 končí, pokud ne, než vito půjde do sídla Vinci a stane se capo vinci
4 vito jde do vězení stejně jako jimmy na mostě poté, co je joe vyřazen, pokud má hráč špatnou pověst u vinci, a pokud je konec dobrý, pak 1, čekám na mafia 2 extended edition
