How to ask for reviews on Etsy with an automatic message. Selling on Etsy for beginners

If i sell digital products, would i write this tahnk you message to "digital message place" ?

Hi Kara! How do I know if my automatic thank you messages are being sent to customers? When I go to info & appearance I do not see the message I had previously saved. Does that mean my message was not saved? Thank you.
