If you don’t uplift into the barrage that combo is true

You can combo extend with nytoryu strike if your opponent is a logia, and then transform a Phoenix burst or use whatever

tori tallins barrage is a combo extender btw

i think replace the caliber phoenix with rashomon

buff tori bro changing into tori forms takes forever
