Google Form Creation for use with Scan to Web

Can i get a sourcecode?

I'm trying to use a barcode scanner to do continues scanning to a Google Form from an iMac. Is this possible?

Ok. Apple IPHONE and IPAD user here. This doesn't work on traditional old school barcodes? Can you submit a tutorial on how barcodes work and NOT QR codes? I thought this would be interchangeable? NOPE. I keep getting javascript errors and web errors.

can you do continuous scanning for this feature like it will automatically go back to HOME after automatically submitting? it would be big help so that user won't have to press home button.
