another way is to install a client like Vencord which has fake nitro, but its very similiar. Clients do break the tos, but you cant get banned from using it (I think, No text to speech said that)

Those Discord Servers are mostly scam too. Just join a few servers bla bla bla. I did this nearly half a year. Some even promote tools that 'generate codes'. Idk if they just steal these or if it is a virus, but definitely not legit
