This is an old video but can you tell me if the Asus GL502VS even has a backlit keyboard? It’s got the symbols on the F keys but nothing I do (including your tutorial) gets the keys lit

Thank you so much! I am not tech savvy at all but inherited my husbands old Asus when he upgraded and the backlight just randomly disappeared one day nearly a year ago. I had an awful time trying to find a video that just explained what to do if JUST my backlight functions weren't working.

What if your keyboard light work but none of the keys do (except power button). The trackpad works and the power button works (top right) but thats it! Ive been using an external keyboard for like 6 years lol

I need help
My monitor is not connected with my laptop but on the other hand my tv is connected to my laptop.
My monitor, adaptor, and cable are fine they are connected to other laptops.
I changed the resolution and also updated the driver and even updated my windows 10 too win11.
It doesn't work.
And it didn't connect with my all monitor

Awesome video. After reinstalling windows my screen got darker and I couldn't adjust the brightness with the hotkey like I did before. Works as new now with the updated SSD as well :D

theres a error message it says : there are no availble keyboard firmware in the update tool folder

I could find my driver for some some reason. I already tried this method but you did give me the name of the driver and by searching for that i found an asus article telling me to install MyASUS from the ms store.
