For clearing why not use Ancestrall call gem, game info show that this did not support animate guardian but it supports smite, If dmg is enough that should help with clear a bit

with Call to arm support gem with Rallying cry and Redblade Banner, weapon swap warcry tech would be a pretty good boost to damage to many attack base build.

Does Annihilating Light work on AG or does his Smite not count as a skill?

Yo ghazzy, i know you have a soulwrest phantasm build but i was wondering if there was a way you could put together a cast while channeling summon phantasms build that will work in 3.24. I know you have a lot of shit to do so i totally get it if you dont want to work on this but i figured id ask since you are the resident minions guy and this build was one of my favorite builds to play like 5-6 leagues ago. Love what you do, keep up the good work.

uhm why not apply the hits with the gloves yourself and have wilma and totems doing the damage with double dipping everything ? am i missing somehting ?

If I played this, I would wear doriyani's prototype on my main character so I act as a support for Bob of Smiting. The self-curse gloves to get a conductivity could bring the aura to -200% pretty easily. Just gotta stack armour and phys to ele, but sounds like a cool 2nd build of the league to try out.

Ziz said that when they changed soul eater and his gloves GGG contacted him, he said you still lose the soul eater stacks with his gloves in the same manner that you lose stacks on the soul eater buff if you didn't eat a soul recently

You will lose souls naturally because of the changes now and that is why they remove the line on the glove. Souls are not going to be permanent.

So... the keystone thing is kind of unfortunate for this particular idea but it opens up another interesting idea. Hear me out:

Strength Stacking with the Baron. Minions get half your strength. THEN you throw Repentance gloves and Iron Fortress Chest on Animate Guardian. This should give him a bunch of spell damage, which you can then scale to the moon with the new Warlords call keystone + battlemages cry.

Throw on a chains of command and follow the carnage.

TBF even if it prob actually loses souls you can still wormblast every 4 secs

I'm putting $5 on your interpretation of the "never lose souls" thing being wrong, but even still bob should be funny af with that much attack speed
