Exercise, dancing and being like a kid, being positive and being friendly to other people, doing something good for someone keeps you young.
I am 55 look a lot younger.
If I am passing by a playground, I would go on the swing of play with some stuff there if no one is watching!! 😂 Stay in touch with your inner child!

I was smiling with admiration while youre applying on your makeup,, youre awesome,,, iused to love makeup, but since i started using eyeglasses , im kind of adamant using them now,, i cant draw or eyelined my eyes exactly the way i used to because of the glasses ,, and lately i find it troublesome ,, i barely use anything anymore except moisturizer ,, one more culprit is my face sweat,, sometimes i apply compact powder but to my dismay,, i feel so embarrased and unconfortable, so, my face is just bare with nothing on but lipstick,whilei said that ,, im longimgfor the chance to dress my face again,, i just love and miss that moment wherein i feel beautiful and gorgeous and accepted,,

Another thing I would add is take good care of your teeth. Sandra, your teeth look so nice and white. It amazes me how women will wear nice clothers and makeup but skip over their teeth.

I am a Polynesian woman at 49, people mistakes me for being young, a kid, late 20’s or early 30’s. Genetics is a factor. I am just 5’”2 and petite. I hike, walk 3 miles when I can, I do home leg work exercises 2x a week. sometimes yoga, breathing exercises, I dance, garden like crazy. I eat organic gluten free food, 90% none dairy, I like cute classic elegant clothes. I get hit on a lot and it’s becoming a nuisance.

I don't want to look younger. I'm ok with looking my age. Why is our culture obsessed with people "looking younger" especially women? My health is younger that's what matters to me.

I wish that you had included the products which you think are good....Skin & Hair products for instance . Also what you are showing on the video is not in sequence with the dialogue....ie you are talking about blusher while you are showing us applying mascara & eyebrow pencil !!!!!
