Why not ac vents for the rear passengers, are you guys moving backwards? 😩

Surely the window switches could move to the traditional position we're accustomed to. Surely the wiring wouldn't make a significant impact considering the convenience and comfort. Those are the key points you shouldn't have revised

a real shame to see this interior... older ones just have a FAR better interior, previous generation and the generation before it... this is a slap on display and NO speedometer!!! And no I don't want a shitty small display speedometer, I want it to have a "home" and interior needs to be connected to eachother what normally you guys do well.. HERE.... you just don't.. it makes it look cheap and too minimal.

I really love Volvo but thats so Tesla for so many reasons, also only one middle screen in the middle means that i have to take my eyes of the road to see my infos, never liked that even from the early days (Mini Cooper), the exterior is 10/10 as always.

Dissapointing to see no rear air vents. That's a deal breaker for me. Our kids would get really hot in their car seats in the Australian summer in our old car without rear vents. Never again am I purchasing a car without rear vents.

Volvo, what happened?

I would like you to consider ventilated seats in the Volvo's entry-level lineup. It's hard to drive without ventilated seats in Korea's hot summer.

Lovely car but why oh why have have they not put a basic instrument cluster in above steering wheel showing speed etc. They must know this infuriates consumers so why do it?

Ok so you remove the dynamic coloured internal lighting from the 2022 models XC60 but you then reintroduce it back into this model is a slap in the face for buyers who thought they were getting that feature. I like this car but I'm a bit pissed off that my 2022 model does not have dynamic internal coloured mood lighting. Just please be consistent with your features in future.

I have to say, this is the most exciting car this year, marvelous job Volvo! This little car is so cute, with refreshing colors both interior and exterior; so practical, both the smart cabin storage plan and its ability have towbar and roof rack; and so luxurious as it has sun roof and AWD version. This is a small nimble city car with SUV utility and a Sedan performance, wow, if I would buy a new car, this is gonna be it!

Anything that takes your eye away from driving is a big deal. This car is not my living room it. I agree navigating at the steering wheel & dash gage window is the most convenient & safe. Take a page from RAM’s navigation. Seriously. Volvo owner of 5 since 1978!

Have an XC40 really wanted to like this but no way would I buy. I do t want to have to keep turning my head to see how fast I’m going. It’s not a safe design. Volvo you missed the mark completely on this. Now I have to go shop for a electric car that meets my needs.

The power window and lock switches belong on the doors. Putting them in the center stack is a major ergonomic mistake.

I’d love to know how tall the lady in the video is? It’s deceptive is she’s a little petite person shown sitting in the rear seat. At 5’8” I’m the “shrimp” in the family.

Does the design of inside door handles make the driver and passengers safe when there s a accident? May they cause some extra injuries?

Shame on you Volvo, I thought this car could be something for me, but with that awful dashboard solution I will not even bother trying it! Having driven a Tesla is enough, a directly dangerous solutoin when it comes to info!!!

Too much expensive in France.

I was considering this car ... until I went on Volvo website to configure it. Basically, I felt I was choosing a 'premium' car from an 'ordinary' configurator of a way less 'premium' car manufacturer. Three choices: Core, Plus, Ultra ... and then the engine choice. Core trim has 2 engine options, Plus 3 options, and Ultra 2 options. You choose the color (only 5 options .. and not even my favorite ones) ... and basically the configuration is over. What if I don't want the panoramic roof but I want the 360° camera or the Park Pilot Assist? No way to choose! If I want the Park Pilot Assist I must choose the Utra trim with its panoramic roof I don't want!! Why??? What if I want the Plus trim but would like the electric seat adjustment? No bloody way to choose! What is the difference between a premium manufacturer and an ordinary manufacturer? One of the differences is CHOICE! You can customize your car the way you want it. And here it looks as if I were on Dacia (sorry Dacia!) configurator. Moreover, it doesn't have the LED Matrix headlights option. Come on! Let's talk about the "premium" soundbar. Do you really believe that a single front soundbar will offer you a great surrounding listening experience?? Are you joking? I might be wrong, but I don't think this EX30 has voice-activated controls, right? Last but not least (as underlined by other users) the lack of a front display behind the steering wheel where you can check speed and navigation (like in the Zeekr counterpart). Too bad because I really like the design and its compact dimensions, ideal for narrow roads and parking slots. Instead of offering an absurd 428 hp engine (frankly ... who cares about the 3,4 sec from 0 to 100 km/h !!) why not offering a true choice in the configuration process? Potential buyers of this car will unlikely be tempted to compete with Ferraris on the traffic lights ... but maybe they would appreciate a customisable car ... with - why not - true premium options like LED Matrix headlights or a head-up display. For me it's a NO. 👎

Stop making your central displays vertical. Make them horizontal so people can watch video and streaming services while they charge.

Are car manufacturers just bringing as many non car people to work on vehicle interiors? How do they keep repeating the same mistake of removing a gauge cluster when majority don’t want that. This interior looks good but is not designed around the driver which should always be the PRIORITY.

Does it have electric seats with memory, like XC40?

You gotta remember, Volvo EVs you can only charge up to 80% for battery longevity and you are recommended not to go below 20%. So you only have about 60% to play around with. This will significantly impact your driving range. That's pretty bad.

They will not out do Tesla for minimalism.
It is NOT what the customer want. They want knobs and buttons for climate control and infotainment settings.
The car will get slated in the press for its minimalism, it like going back 10 years...All the new EV's are installing buttons and knobs.

This just feels like a bit more expensive ID-3... And I don't like it: fancy lights, cheap sound system (like c mon... A Soundbar...), no buttons, lots of place to put unuseful stuffs. This just feels like something in between a Tesla, a Volvo and ID-3...

nice car and the size is finally small enough to be a BUY for me. But i miss buttons for the most important functions. Volume, Heat, Fan
