Debating Zerker, blade and scrapper. Starting the game this week!

How to pick your class. Step 1: Dont play paladin or bard (supports are ass for leveling). Step 2: Sorcerous, Berserker, Deathblade are the "best" classes. Step 3: the rest of them are just as usable

Its true that Zerker has less total EPH than most classes, but the damage reduction has insane synergy with %hp heals and pots
You basically get a full heal with every pot, and during a pala holy aura, unless one shot or CCed, you're pretty much immortal

I think Zerker struggles more in challenging content when outgeared because of its lower EHP, but gets one of the best scaling from overgearing for the same reason : once one shots are not an issue anymore, you're survivability skyrockets because of the DR + Heals synergy

Also, you can basically FULL HEAL for free with X + W, either during downtimes or as a last resort, i do that very often in Guardian Raids

PSA so u don't make my mistake. Get your main to t2 before investing any mats into alts. U get research to make t1 upgrading cheaper. Wish I knew beforehand cuz as of today I'm 520-580 on three dif toons but if I focused one hard first I'd problynhsve two t2s and almost a third cuz how many mats ida saved

Think if lost ark added a new support that's like kinda how veng dh tanks were I'd play one but as of now I don't like the slow melee classes and bard just sounds awful imo. Discordant harp sounds just not my bag lol

I picked Gunlancer and played him till 1k gear score now im so fucking board of his gamestlye that im not interested in playing him again but its so fucking hard to get another char to 1k or maybe im just to stupid xd

I started with sorc thinking I would love it but it was to spammy then I tried deathblade and it was to squishy and now I finally found shadow hunter that’s not spammy has a good debuff for bosses does dot and is semi tanky it’s the best mix of what I was looking for

striker, deadeye zerker or deathbalde i just cant choose .. :p

So in the group comp (3 dps 1 support) , does the gunlancer count as a support or a dps?

There are a couple that feel completely ass to play as if you deal no damage at all
But in reality you just need tweaks in your playstyle to make it feel nice

Can you mvp on the gun lancer regularly? Or is it just more supporting as a trade off for dmg

Shadowhunter is my first level 50 and I already know I'm gonna main it. It just fits my playstyle from other games perfectly. Also gonna make sure to have a zerker alt though cause they are so damn cool.

Summoner is still the one I wanna play, just waiting on it to release in global...

About the reaper thing, it's lot of ppl jumped onto playing a reaper. Unfortunately its play difficulty is very high and requires lot of resource(hence it should not be the 1st char). Now the playing reaper is very competitive and unless u are really good you will have to face lot of rejection from other party members. I thiink SG is doing really good job and taking oversea release as 2nd chance to provide more smooth gaming experience to all the players outside of Kor by holding back few char and balancing gaming mechanics.

Hopefully the scout won't take too long to be added. Whole testing all the classes I have yet to find anything that I have connected with. Sadly it will probably take getting everything maxed to find something in the current pool to tolerate.

From what i have gathered so far u can play what ever you want as long as you don't bring a dps paladin to the party.

As a brand new player to LA, most of the talk in this video is over my head. Although the talk about healing and how it works vs 'the holy trinity" style MMOs was very eye opening.

I probably should revisit this video once I have st least + 30 hours of game play under my belt. Thanks for the content

Hard to pick Necromancer if it doesn't even exist...

I do wish they would allow us to change our subclasses in the future and not have us have to make alts, as not everybody likes to grind and start all over again just to play a new class
