Learning Thai language - Thai consonants

Why do we need to listen to the background music while learning how to write? The sound is drowning your voice and distracting not to mention irritating!

i think what confuses me the most is that they never go in depth with the actual pronunciation, like for example, gaw gai, in a sentence, is it just "g" with the vowel or what 😭

This is not complicated this is impossible

How to know which consonant alphabet to use in the word we use? Cause some of them sound the same. Any specific rules or formula to remember?
