Screen Recording in Raspberry PI (Raspbian)

Hello I want to capture raspberry pi desktop without any connected monitor. IS IT POSSIBLE or the raspberry pi need to boot up with monitor to capture screen?

I only get errors. What am I doing wrong?
Couldn't open PCM device hw:0,0
Error while opening/configuring soundcard hw:0,0
Buffer size adjusted to 4096 from 4096 frames.

Thank you for posting. But I can not get any sound. Recording quits right away and displays "could not open/configure sound card." (Sound works OK otherwise.) (And the video is pink-ish.)
