Unreal Engine 5 - Create a Beach in 1.5 mins

So - the REAL question is, how beach waves are created in games. The best ones I've seen in in Assassins creed odyssey - they all form the curve and roll into the beach. Shouldn't this be an automatic feature dropping ocean next to land in Unreal? Or is there a setting or something to do this? Or is it simply a wind widget effect you need to build around the coast line?

Do you have one with something like a 'healing circle on the floor while a transparent half bubble covers the circle? Where when a player goes inside the circle-bubble, they get healed? Looking for UE 5 tutorials for this seems fruitless.
