She’s an incredible talent

Parker Valby’s leap of faith over the past year is truly inspiring. The personal doubts that could have troubled her inner soul , over the injuries she suffered in the past year, would have interfered with most top athletes from continuing to reach peak performance. Her amazing will and desire to win makes me feel that she’s touched by god’s love. To be humbled by god’s love is to feel it to be other worldly. Once love is known, it’s to be shared with the world.

I don’t easily let go of my acquired affection for Katelyn Tuohy as the best. But I believe in those who suddenly rise to greatness, experiencing PR’s . They are unexpected and stunning in their performance. They win the respect of the world, like Parker Valby. There’s nothing wrong with having more than one girlfriend!

I thought she was gonna do some remarkable things lasts season but she unfortunately had injuries to deal with and limited training. Hope she can keep her health and continue to improve.

I have been following Katelyn Tuohy ever since she set unbelievable records in the 5k on the track as a freshman in high school. I'm a huge fan of her, and honestly it stings a little that Parker Valby has now seemingly eclipsed her. That said, I have to give credit where credit is due, and Parker Valby definitely deserves all sorts of praise for her hard work, natural talent and absolutely GUTSY running style. Congrats to her, and may she continue to achieve success! I hope my girl Katelyn rises to the challenge and remains competitive with Valby as the indoor season kicks off.

WOW just watched the full race and the last NCAA woman's cross country. This girl makes me think about the movie, the Matrix. There is one scene when Trinity says to Neo, "How did you do that, I never saw anyone so fast, you move like they do", Well the they then were Agents, the they now are Africans. Parker Valby runs with the sense of power, confidence and abandon that one unusually sees Ethiopian or Kenya women do on the summer pro track circuit. This girl is incredible. I think she is going to have a surprise for the US women at the Olympic Trials and she will be one of the only American women who can compete with the best Africans for a podium spot. I haven't seen an American woman run like this since Mary Decker in the mid 80's. If she can remain injury free what an incredible runner she will be on the international level.

Indoor is way different than outdoors. It's based on what they are running on. Not all indoor tracks are the same
