ОтветитьDeadlift is quite a dangerous exercise. If its not been done in a proper form, it can cause a long term back injury to someone. I hope @nyfc is maintaining it by giving the prior instruction for warming up appropriately and stretching the body before lifting weights!!

Deadlift with such heavy weight should never be allowed for those who have never done before…it could cause pain to point of not able to move at all for weeks to sometimes months or even an injury requiring medical attention
