Maybe you could use the Killer Joe from ender io to kill the zombies as if I remember right it can use enchanted stuff. It's a long time since I used one so I might not have remembered right :p

You Can Make Another redstone essence for the redstone basically you know seperate the farms for the redstone and the charge thingy

I think you would be better off turning the redstone essence into redstone instead of keeping all the essence. What do you really use charged certus quartz for? Making fluix? You have seeds to make fluix so you really don't need charged quartz for anything. I did a little mining early on and found way more charged certus quartz ore than I ended up using, so I'm more than covered I guess in case I ever find myself needing some for whatever reason. I'm so end game right now though and haven't found a need for it yet I don't think I will.

Hypno you can shift right click on item in terminal and you'll take only 1 item instead of 32

Iguana tweaks prevents mob heads from dropping if killed by anything thats not the player. You can turn this off in the config file. You need to disable iguana's extra mob heads.

Maby you Could make a new cleaver with Energy And beheading in a Killer Joe so If it Breaks You Could extract it Load it And put it back in the Killer Joe (nessesary because of player killing/Killer Joe emitts player)

A player interface block with pipes filtered to pull out lootbags into a trash can or loot opening system is great for keeping them from flooding your inventory.
