A friend and I raced long distance with Wanderer and Yelan, and while Yelan is technically fastest for just her skill (and tall female model is faster than short male model), they both frequently drew because of Wanderer's short skill recharge time.
So if you're trying to decide if you need Yelan for exploration when you already have Wanderer, don't let that be the only deciding factor bc they're ultimately the same unless you're just comparing skill speed and how far you'll get with them. We haven't compared Lynette long distance yet though, mostly because neither of us have her at C4.

Still, Yelan is amazing and is great on so many teams.

Lynette and Sayu will make a great marathon team for nubs for sure. They even proc Anemo synergy for extra sweetness.

There's a brief delay once the Yelan's skill ends. I think you can dash just before the skill ends to save some seconds.
