To you this is probably pretty simple stuff, like elementary school - to me it is too (sort of). But to hear it explained and laid out in the way you explain it is needed. You have a gift for teaching this stuff. I have some of these ideas rolling around in my head for my two LLC's but you put it together and package the information in a way that I can understand and form a plan of action for. Thank you. - And you are correct. I am better at running my business than figuring out how to manage where each dollar went.

My problem is I don’t know which software to use for transportation business that has what all I need to account for without going back and forth between different software programs. I spent tons of time building my own on Airtable and really need something else. My tax preparer says she can’t get all what she needs off of it even when I export to cvs file without it being in peices basically. Any advise?
