Hopefully they all made it through all the terrible storms/ tornadoes 😢
ОтветитьLooks like a nice place. Thanks👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
ОтветитьThis seems nuts. But if I made one similar. I would fully ditch plastic. Make a building where the primary job for people in it are to produce eco friendly products. Hemp, soybeans and other natural materials. I’d also mostly ditch vehicles. Everything is in walking distance. I only get it for emergency vehicles and long distance travel. Having eco friendly buses that can pick up people and take them to a few places would be nice. Rickshaws and mini eco friendly vehicles I prefer.
ОтветитьWow! Just what people need! ❤
ОтветитьWhat a great way to bring a Tiny House Comunity together. Great video 👍❤
ОтветитьDo the tiny owners own their homes or rent the tiny & lot?
ОтветитьI love this tiny home community. We more of these around the nation. That’s for sure. I love the growing of the organic vegetables. It’s all very nice. Love it!
ОтветитьThis is the nicest, best thought-out tiny home community I've ever seen! So nice to see trees between houses to provide shade, and markets, classes etc where residents can gather. Wish we had something like this in Australia. Mostl ocal governments here are pretty inflexible about tiny houses.
ОтветитьWOW. Amazing ❤
ОтветитьWow looks like an awesome place to live!
ОтветитьLove the doggy wash
ОтветитьAwesome place, i love it
ОтветитьPretty remarkable number of amenities that’s for sure!! Unfortunately a lot of concrete at the village, but otherwise it’s an awesome place! ((And Too bad it’s in Texas))
ОтветитьLooks like a neat place to live!
ОтветитьI'm sorry... But how will they watch this video? This development is interesting against the background of Singapore and Japan and Taiwan
ОтветитьFinally, a developer has figured out you can make a mobile home or single wide trailer park using "tiny homes". I downsized to an upscale trailer park upon retirement loaded with amenities and love it. And I love my neighbors as well. Lots of amenities and permission to have dogs ( that need walking) makes for instant friends. We have a pool, library/business office combo, banquet size community room large enough for shows (like comedy hour) which includes a huge kitchen, a gym, post office, 2 dog parks ( one with agility equipment) golf cart friendly, walking trail mile markers, tennis court, shuffle board court, etc. Lot rent is $1000/mo which includes water, sewer, garbage and lawn maintenance, taxes, and maintenance of our private road system and a fish stocked large pond big enough for kayaking. We are 55+ which right away lends itself to making friends since we have time on our hands. We were all former home owners so we come with a mind set of proper maintenance of our homes and middle class manners. Decades ago I talked my newly widowed father out of a mobile home park bc of the stigma attached and my own snobbishness. I am so ashamed now bc it would have been perfect for him. We need more of these parks ASAP for the wave of baby boomers and for other sectors of society.
ОтветитьWow...what a bunch of grumpy commentors!
ОтветитьI wish! 👍😎🇨🇦
ОтветитьI hope you have prayer nights and worship service!!✌️🇺🇲
ОтветитьVery nice!!✌️🇺🇲
ОтветитьNeed to see tiny home communities that DON'T look like cramped trailer parks.. with land room full of growing. Real yards. 😢
ОтветитьWell these look like $200 grand + luxury tiny homes ( which is basically an oxymoron because that's not what tiny homes were meant for) so you've got a rather large mortgage, plus you DON'T OWN LAND so you're paying rent on top of your mortgage...So THIS FOR RICH PEOPLE, AIN'T GONNA HELP NOBODY, DON'T GET IT TWISTED.
ОтветитьThe only place I spotted tiny homes was in the opening credits.
ОтветитьCute ❤
ОтветитьI would like to see the one in NC
ОтветитьSo it's a trailer park, gated community, and small organic market all in one. Isn't this the reason tiny homes came to be? To avoid the HOA fees, neighbors inches away, ECT?
ОтветитьTOO BAD ITS IN AUSTIN TX. THAT IS RUN BY DEMS....its becoming craphole .
ОтветитьThis is a dream!! At 72 I am not certain I will ever be able to get my Tiny Home😢!
ОтветитьDo you know of any tiny home communities that offer more space / privacy. Not everyone likes to be stacked up against other homes but still likes the tiny home model. When I saw tiny home with a farm I pictured a 100 acre farm with tiny homes throughout the property. Cheers!
ОтветитьJenna, your make up looks fabulous!! You are a beautiful young lady with or without makeup!!
ОтветитьI just REALLY dislike that the layout of these “villages” are set up like trailer parks. Are there any with an acre or two for each?
ОтветитьAbsolutely amazing, I'm coming 🎉
ОтветитьDoes this location have or allow bible study and church meetings? Sometimes control centers don't allow such. The location might be worth looking into.
ОтветитьYou guys are spoiled, with so many nice events right on your properties.😂 Keep up the good work!
ОтветитьCan I just say? I loved this one!! This seems like THE best tiny home community that you've ever featured - - I love, love, love the farmhouse, the Saturday market, the fresh flowers, the clubs...... what a beautiful community you have all made. I really wish I could live somewhere like that - - it is so good for people's mental health to have the option to be a part of a vibrant community. Also, the grounds of Village Farm Tiny House Community is so lovely & well maintained...... I really like how everyone takes pride in their porches, their walk ways, their yards. So many amenities!!! So many!
What a great place.... 💗💗💗
Beautiful..needs more places like that in all states. Love the farm like atmosphere. 👍🥰🦜🌴
ОтветитьHope all are doing good after the storms, loved this video😊
ОтветитьI would love to live somewhere likebthis tiny homes and such a community 😊
ОтветитьThis is so cool ❤
ОтветитьThere is something similar here in my state. It's homes. Not tiny homes.
ОтветитьI love Austin and it's people. When I would visit my friend. It was a joy. Very kind people there.
ОтветитьThis looks like a nice community but the home prices seem somewhat steep. "On average, prices can range from as low as the mid $100Ks for basic models!" Calling the mid $100Ks "low" for a 400sf "basic model" is quite subjective.
Additionally, while I appreciate the sense of community, there seems to be no secluded area if you just want to sit outside of your house and be alone. Sure the houses have porches but the next house and the sidewalk are just feet away. A few trees between the houses and in front of them would be nice.
Still, I guess there are trade-offs in most things. I'd still consider checking it out. Thanks for the tour!
I love the idea of a tiny home, but it seems they are getting larger. Do they have an HOA? If so… I’m OUT
Ответить$700 is what I pay for nice 1BR in brick building, $700 for electric hookups and water alone is a stretch....
ОтветитьI love love love this agrihood concept! Really impressive!!!❤❤❤❤❤
ОтветитьI absolutely love this concept. Thank you for sharing. ❤
ОтветитьYou're so pretty and bring a lot of interesting stories.
ОтветитьI wish they would bring this exact concept to Michigan! I love how much forethought and planning went into the village, plus it's so neat and clean looking, too. Wonderful.❤️
