Substance Projects 2024 Cannondale H2i XC Marathon (Half) 25km

First race of the year in the books. I participated in the Substance Projects 2024 Cannondale H2i XCMarathon (Half) 25km Mountain Bike Race at the Mansfield Outdoor Centre this past weekend.

Grateful for the opportunity to race for Team Liftow @liftow this year 🙏🏼. Liftow's sustainable future campaign has chosen the sport of cycling as a symbol of their commitment to eco-responsibility.

It was an amazing experience riding at the Mansfield Outdoor Centre trails for the first time. The Substance projects race organizers and volunteers did an exceptional job of running an awesome race event! The trails were fast rolling and the fun factor was off the charts! Thank you!

I'm very proud with the results of my first race of the year. I placed 7th in the 35-49 age group category, and 23rd in the Male division.

Note: Missing the last 10 minutes of the race. My GoPro battery died before I made it to the finish line.
