This is helpful, but it needs to go further. Such as, what techniques can you do to get into the right frame of mind? For example, I'm usually in Frame 4 ("Hopeful"), but if i try to talk myself into Frame 1 ("Certainty"), it feels like I am lying to myself.

Frame 2 Squad UNITE!

I have a question you state that people go into 3 to 4 times an hour I disagree i have never been hypnotized i just fall asleep deep sleep . Now what do you recomend for me since i'm not like anyone you have ever known by saying what you do . I am emotional subconscious and can't be hypnotised i have tried everything you stubborn people have said that i am not trying . I have been trying so hard to become hypnotised that i'm going crazy with all of your types, the fake hypnotists inexperienced with my type of individual and i am getting angry with your righteous statements .please make no more videos on this subject until you get more training in those with a demonstrative childhood. But if i'm wrong and you have some true information on this subject send it to me or bring me in and really hypnotise me because it cant be done ive tried for 6 months strait from every binaural on the subject to using the fake drug subliminals so you tell me am i wrong or do you have the ability to my picture is mine i have nothing to hide but i have so many reasons to need real hypnosis its not funny i have ad hd adhd ptsd and my father died at 4 years old so is it possible or are you just another hack like all the others minus alicia fairclough that said i will always have a problem with it .
