Muze ek baat batao agar meko JAVA nahi ataa aur muze kisi JAVA ke project me daal diya gaya to ultimately Company ka hi loss hai because muze JAVA ataa nahi to mae uss project me kya hi kaam krunga ?? Aur aap bol rahe ho training dega ek do hafte ki to aap hi batao kya mae ek doh hafte me JAVA seekh jaunga ?????

The salary hike aspect is very very important. I am now 41 and is in service for 16 years. From my experience let me tell you the more you earn the more you can save. Savings is very important regarding 1. child's education, 2. buy a house, 3. child's marriage, 4. peaceful retirement life, 5. some medical treatment, 6. etc. Moreover nobody knows whether one can continue to be in job upto the age of 60. Also we cannot wait to enjoy life upto 40. The period from 24-40 is the prime time in life to enjoy. Remember, we are working for living and not living for working.
