ОтветитьThis is how I do mine, I also squeeze at the top. I do this every night before bed and manage 16. In the gym I slow it right down and manage 8. NB: I start at the floor position with straight form and push up. But I think it’s best not to take your hands off the floor to maintain tension, that’s my view. It’s the best ☺️
ОтветитьThere is no wrong or right way to do pushups. The whole point is to TEAR muscles. So they can rebuild the next day. As long as you get tired with the excercise you are all good.
ОтветитьI have been doing push-up for more than a year and have been commented for wrong position. I have tried correcting but haven’t been able to do as it’s become became a habit. Seeing your video has given me hope ! Will try this method today!!

ОтветитьBro I been practicing push ups for the first time ever in my life and I got to being able to do 3 to 20 within 2 week buts I didn’t feel anything in my chest. Only shoulders. Form improved but nonetheless it was still not the correct form. Anyway, just watched your video, I did 5 push up’s using your method and now my chest feels a lil sumn 🤌🏾 thank you 🫂
