did you steal the best rant from louis ck?
ОтветитьU look like British Cole Sprouse
Ответить$20 mic is crazy good for the price. If you know how to avoid the weaknesses you can make super high quality tracks
ОтветитьYou are a very good singer dude!
ОтветитьHave the version of the "Waver"
I think that is better but..idk lol
Stupid rich boy 😂😂😂😂
Ответитьyour've got a pretty good voice
Ответить12,500 is the amount I would pay for a studio. NOT A MICROPHONE 💀
ОтветитьI DON'T CALL, I DON'T WRITE, BUT I MISS YOU 🗣️🔥🔥
ОтветитьHi
ОтветитьI used this mic, and did the Alice mod to it. Frankly its shockingly good. 2023 prices, mic is $25, and about another $60 for LSI capsule, and Alice electronics. I have heard $1000 mics that don't sound near as good as this $90 mic.
ОтветитьI’m just a ill-billy from Canada
Ответить"If it's the best I'll do it."
Louis C.K.- Bet
i think most of the price is because mics were a lot harder to make back in the days, plus it was a premium product at the time, which still stands up pretty much the same as modern flagship mics.
Ответитьsounds the same...
ОтветитьThanks.
ОтветитьThe difference is so slight for the price.
ОтветитьThe way to test mics is with no music behind the vocal if not there is no way of telling the quality and hiss levels.
ОтветитьThe cheap microphone is good then Shure sm7b (the microphone him talk)
ОтветитьYou can hear the high mids and high frequencies distorting in the cheap mic
ОтветитьWhen this song is on the radio, all I can hear is Joel singing 16 levels🎶🎶
ОтветитьFirst video I seen by you and I almost thought you were Cole Sprouse 😭😭😂
ОтветитьCheap mics better then then the 12k
ОтветитьThe cheap one sounds better
ОтветитьI think the points of this video should be:
1. If you can't produce a hit with a $20 microphone then your not going to with a $12500 one either, so don't waste your money.
2. This shows how far we have come in technology, $20 get whole lot of microphone.
roomie and others, why didn't you reply to me on where roomie and jax from roomieoffical and jaxwritessongs recorded another version of "it kills me"?
ОтветитьWallace be like
ОтветитьThey're both good Microphones.
I think they both depend on how you're singing
I burst into laugh - "Stupid rich boy - slapped"
Ответитьtry expensive mic without mixed mixed is too much treble
Ответитьthat 20 dollar mic is better than anything blue makes which all there mics are shit
ОтветитьReally there is no difference to the end listener. If they don't know the price difference. But the cheap one is a bit distorted when you wail. Did the levels peak? Its not with 12k. All of that warmth and depth can be done with eq and perhaps tube preamps. This is making me think about audiophiles and their obsession with tech that doesn't matter. I'm too busy enjoying your voice to care about the minute differences.
ОтветитьI have an AT2020. It cost me £80 when I got it and I think its really decent microphone for the price.
Ответить5 and a half minutes wasted talking into other microphones? Dick puddle?
ОтветитьContent 👍
ОтветитьI believe that that c12 has a worn tube inside of it. the c12 that they were using was produced between 1953 to 1963 which is a REALLY long time. I don't think anyone would replace the original tube that was inside of it so it's natural that a microphone from 60 - 70 years ago would sound worse than it used to when it was new. So if the 20$ mic sounds better to people, why did Micheal Jackson use the c12?
Ответитьplease come back dad?
Ответитьplease everybody if you need a cheap condenser mic don't buy the neewer nw800, getting good tones out of it from your $300max home setup is going to be hard as hell, and RX de-crackle isn't going to fix the distortion from slightly raising your voice this terrible mic comes with. Even if you're good at mixing, please spare yourself hours trying to make this piece of shit sound good and get something slightly better, like a behringer c1 or bx2020 (i suggest you go for this last one since it sounds a lil cleaner being 10 years younger)
Ответитьi have that same mic but its all black and a different brand, apparently BM-800 is a generic name
ОтветитьI just love this video, so funny, informative and just great. C12 is a classic, would be honored to try one someday
ОтветитьI heard the acoustics of a room matter a lot tbh, this just proves that is true. I think once you got like a $80 to $120 microphone you’re pretty much good, like it’s going to be a lot better than any headset mic. There is even a saying I saw recently they went like “spend $100 on your microphone and then spend the rest on getting acoustic foam for your room so that the sound is
properly treated. The person was basically saying why buy a 3, 4, or $500 microphone if on a budget. If you can get pretty damn good audio quality from the mic itself and then get your little phone panels I guess. Makes sense. I can’t wait to yell into my $100 Samson G Track Pro microphone that I managed to get used for like $65. I wonder if it’ll get all distorted.
Remember, y’all can use OBS which is a free software that greatly improves The sound of many microphones.
I think the raw signal of the expensive mic just had a little more low end really, maybe a bit of ''''DEPTH'''' to it but thats about it, and I cant see why you couldn't mix your vocals to account for that if you wanted it.
edit: ok Eric literally said what I said almost verbatim so... probably could've waited to comment lmao.
A Ford Pinto will take you to town as well as a Rolls Royce but some people would rather be seen riding in the Rolls Royce. That's most of the difference. Sound maybe 15% difference at most.
ОтветитьWell, we can expect Neweer to link here !
Ответитьawesome bro. thank you
