Hello Neighbour 2014 - 2021

This game really felt like a horror game up until Alpha 3. Once Alpha 4 came up, the game felt less like a horror game and just kind of like a puzzle game. And wow, never knew that this game was in development since 2014.

tiny build became a major hit with that hello neighbour game.

This is sad, the game had a good premise and TinyBuild screwed it up by making it an over complicated buggy mess.

The game would’ve still been a horror game if they kept that music in the very early gameplay

alpha 2 is the best in my opinion

The very early prototype was actually terrifying! I wish the game went in that direction.

Did anyone realize that the very early gameplay music and the act 1-4 music was the same?

I think if they expanded on alphas 2 grounds it would have been alot better then what it had become this day

Bro me and my brother had a prototype early access on Android 💀

This game before alpha 3, had everything to be a great game, its suspense and terror was incredible in the pre alpha and alpha 1, all that was lost from alpha 2, what bothered me was the fact that I wanted to expand so much that there was behind the basement, although since alpha 1 it was already something fictional a door that had a kind of road behind, Not like in the Alpha 3 onwards what if you went in was in neighbor crying or after that a super battle against a giant neighbor.

hello neighbor is a very big game combined with all the others tbh

alpha 1 style was best for me tbh

The earliest gameplay was really scary cuz neighbor been red and fast without animations

I remember that i played alpha 2 when it was first released. I was searching horror games and i found hello neighbour and checked the game and it was fun. So my journey started. I was that kind of kid my childhood was good becouse of this game...

If they returned the pre alpha chase theme, the release would become 50% scarier

Remember the time the neighborhood had a perfect ai for a horror game? Remember when you had animations when you could remove planks, and when you could move furniture. And when you were able to grab bulbs. and when the neighbor had a scary chase music, and a unnerving house?. man where did that go? what happened to all the realistic graphics, trees and stuff. It's all cartoony and broken and so is the ai. No longer even scary.

Why does rhe very early gameplay look so scary tho

Personally the prototype was perfect as it was!

They rushed it after saying they wouldnt. It hurts they ruined there own game.. tinybuilds known for this though. Here's one example besides this series- Theres a dlc mission in party hard 2 they havent updsted to fic bc no one cane make the mission pop hello neighbors 4th act was like a TEST ROOM! also 2nd game was just SO bad and broken theres a reason speedruns sr elike 2 or 3 mins. its bad. And Also Its not fun. Had issues with dlc too. They DIDN'T TEST the game I know it factually. most games have that issue, Example - hello-copter can break every ai if ya put it next to them they get stuck. and also late fees dlc ending was rished out and was stupid and they added it after seeung how the game just Didn't show any ending! lmao.. even more rushed than the first... hide and seek was... so much more solid and like we saw no betas for that. I can go on... But the alphas will always Be remembered by me.

Why Alphas and pre alphas look better (in graphic) than game now?

I like the final release. The art style was really nice, and I don't like the realistic appearance of HN2. However I hated the puzzles. Make a birthday party for the mannequins? My favourite acts were 1 and 2. 3 and 4 are way to messed up, almost like the developers ran out of ideas. Nowadays Hello Neighbor is marketed as a kid's puzzle game. Feel free to disagree.

This game gets so much hate and honestly for people that hated on it would you rather get no hello neighbor or what we had like this was one of the best games

Hello neighbor early prototype 2014-2015 music made Me cry 😭 😭

The first one is HORRIFYING😭

This was a journey through nostalgia and hate, i was pretty suprised that prototype seemed kinda better than pre-alpha in animation and gameplay aspects

Why they didnt keep the prototype version? Thats like the best version of the game, and now its just cartoon dog shit where neighbor is really dumb
