Just wanted to share my experience that I had whilst listening to this audio. I was mediating and my hands were tingling and I was focusing on that for a while. My eyes was closed and it suddenly went bright and I saw an image of an eye appear that lasted for like 10 seconds. I was a bit scared but I just focused on the eye and felt really relaxed. Now the area between my eyebrows is tingling. I feel calm and my anxiety has decreased.

i love listening to negative energy cleansing audios. 1. It helps me feel calmed and relaxed. 2. its great in the background of meditation. 3. shifting is really draining and this helps me recoup my energy after a while of continuous attempts. I'm a shifter and and as someone in their shifting journey it's really important to take breaks and remind yourself that it takes energy. Especially if you are a new shifter it might even create blockages. This helps me meditate to get rid of blockage. So i can be energized, calm, and have a clear mind when i attempt again.

Meditative mind you rock!

Suffering from anxiety , haunting hallucinations - tactile hallucinations , parastheisa , hearing whispers , few weeks ago my medication was helping I wasn’t giving a damn but now I am again 😢😢. Hope this helps. I feel like there’s a negative energy around me. I suffer from very bad sinus pain . My teeth are in pain too 😢 I feel strong electric feelings on me on my hair and head and body 😢 i perceive things as paranormal for eg marks on my body and can’t remember when I moved an object like my slippers or things on the table 😢. Sometimes I even doze off my mum says I doze off Soemtimes and I don’t pay attention but I think I’ve always been like this but now i do it more. Im so lonely I’m always having conversations with my self and Soemtimes when I over do it I get stressed feel like there’s pressure on my head and Soemtimes i hallucinate too.

I closed my eyes and the more I focused I saw myself underwater flowing slowly, it was dark but the water had a sparkly blue hue to it turning my body blue.

I wish I could share what i experienced right now when meditating on this music

This why women often want a man who makes more. I often hear men say women don’t do it average men; which is untrue. I earn well, and it has often been a source for digs, snarky, comments, and casual disrespect around how I talk or my job. That’s a no go for me I never bring up work or money, but it always seems to get thrown in the mix. Leadership understands that the best person for the job should have the role. Knowing your weaknesses is more important than knowing your strengths.
