ОтветитьNice one Joe. I do like the “no repeat” workouts. Really like this one alternating (ish) lower and upper body exercises for variation while doing it. Added to my list of “getting up routines”

ОтветитьAbsolutely love your workouts Joe. Funny that you were saying what was coming next in this one, even with a 25-sec rest, but you hardly ever do that when there’s only 10-secs in between! Much prefer to stay in the moment & not think about next move though… maybe a tip for future…? 🙏👍

ОтветитьThis is a great all rounder and I enjoy doing it. I did 40/20 and swapped the Spider-Man lunges for curtsy lunges. I’d love to see some new work outs. Thank you Joe x
ОтветитьGreat 20 minute-er. Just done it on a boiling hot afternoon, after another session at the crack of dawn this morning, and feel great for it. Whilst I still "oh no" at burpees, never thought I'd be able to do them without stopping... sometimes I even add on a few extra if I feel I've been slacking!! :)

Ответить2nd June - not done this one for a while. Took off the knee supports for the first time and added 2kg hand weights - ooft! The spider lunges got me! Session 140 for 2021.
