thanks for he video - changed my screen easy enough but I have no sound, no ringer, no music but when I plug in an external speaker it all works fine - any ideas?

I had no idea that the phone was put together in such a simple way, in comparison to the HTC One X and a few other phones I have had to fix this one was the EZ-est :D Also, any advice for fixing a sticky power button?

I wish you did a close up on the locking mechanism inside the headphone jack. It pretty much broke off. I couldn't figure out how to secure it in place. Once I did, it was already broken lol. Sucks. But oh well. Everything else is good. Thank you for the video.

Thank you for sharing. My LCD is fine. I only need to replace the glass lense on top. How does this procedure differ if I only wish to replace the cracked outer screen lense?
