i would swap caustic and crypto with fuse and octane, octanes speed on command allows you to avoid getting hit more than others same reason bangalores passive is good, and his jump pad is good for the same reasons horizons tac is, fuse, you arent really taking all that much nade and fire damage unless your dumb enough to blast the ult in your own face, only fuses doing that are low levels, you can easily overwhelm teams with nades because he can stack so many and his ult gives wallhacks, the only tricky thing with it it timing when to shoot it if your aiming at a team in the open.
as for caustic and crypto, i dont think they deserve to be that high since the only fast way to use cryptos emp means you are likely to emp your own team. otherwise you have to sit in a corner hiding so you dont get beamed for free while you are positioning the drone to emp someone. caustic, you can shoot all his traps, the ONLY thing he has is his ult, you cant destroy his ult. his passive is to see people in his gas, he just like a few legends basically doesnt have a passive, its tied to his ability. shooting the barrels as soon as they deploy if there is a team on you is the ONLY way he can hold down a building and even then you can shoot them out and the gas dissipates fairly quick.

Ive been terrified of crypto getting a buff or rework next season. I already love playing him, and i think he fills a niche that a few players really like, but so many people still consider him one of the worst legends, and say he needs a buff or rework despite not giving him a fair chance.

A crypto meta would be god awful getting emp'd every minute.

It’s sad that lifeline will never get the balance she needs because these people don’t admit how useless she is or complain because a shield was too hard to counter. Been a bottom 3 if not the worst legend for like 5+ seasons by now. And then the opposite for mirage. Dudes literally better a rezing than the combat medic lifeline.

You need to do a tier list for team death match and control. The abilities don't transfer well for some legends

Tbh I think vantage is definitely an A tier bc of her ability to give some much info about a team from far away, ability to escape bad situations, dominant in long range battles.

Nerfing horizon would be a terrible choice. She’s not overpowered, she is just a useful legend. There is no part of her kit that is too strong

You design a scan character to scan and you nerf them not to do that. Make it make sense.

Umm, you have got the wrong idea about the ordering in a tier list, the character furthest to the right is lower on the tier list, not higher.
What i mean about this is when u say "bottom b-tier" for example, the character furthest to the right of b-tier is bottom b-tier.

Naah as a Mirage main I tell you good players still struggle to see me, especially when I drop the ult. I don't know why would you put Crypto so high, it barely helps the team, literally he always stays behind and the ult takes ages to blow. Revenants rework is the worst the done for the legend, his tactical and ult were perfect, it was scary to go against and amazing to have him on your team, now all it does is a crap jump and an extra protection easy to break. Conduit ult is so pointless so easy to destroy and be avoided. I swear every tier list you make is like you haven't played for a while 😂😂

Ash could be great. I think she should get 2 snares and improve the length, speed, and placability of her portal.

Could be interesting if her passive was the opposite of Wraith’s. She gets directional hints from the void of where enemies may be.
