i am a 13 year old girl, and previous to finding your channel, i hated the idea of exercising. i do online school, and one of my electives is physical education. sometimes, i would slack off on my work and call it done, but i'm genuinely happy to work out with your videos. they provide me a sense of comfort and motivation. i'm doing more workouts now. thank you!

ОтветитьThank you both for all of these varied and wonderful videos. I love to see the two of you and listen to your banter. I'm almost 76 and when I don't feel much like exercising, I think of mom, Ico and then I put on one of your videos. I like being able to choose the intensity and time according to how I feel that day. I usually start with a shorter workout and then do another longer one and then a cooldown. There is so much variety that I'm sure there's something for everyone. Even a 5 or 10 minute video is a help. Thank you again April.
ОтветитьI just recently found your channel and I am so happy I did! My work has me sitting for sometimes over an hour and I will take a couple of 10 minute breaks in between clients to move. Your video really helps me to achieve my movement commitments. Plus, I love exercising with you and your mom. :D

ОтветитьI started my workout with this classic today and realized that I'd never left a comment on it before. I find the first few minutes of it gentle enough to use as a warmup, but a few minutes in, it definitely starts getting my heart rate up. I followed it up with some leg and strength exercises and a relaxing cooldown. Always a good way to get me going! 🙂

ОтветитьI especially like the way the workout is broken down into 30-second rounds. This makes it easy to keep track of your progress and to take breaks when needed. The variety of exercises also helps to keep things interesting.

ОтветитьI’m 66 and used to workout and walk all the time. The last 16 years I’ve really slacked off to the point where I don’t even feel comfortable walking in my neighborhood. The terrain is a bit rough in some places and there are hills. No flat sidewalks etc. I’m so happy to have found your videos. I’m excited to get going again right in my own home! Thanks so much!🤗

I am a cancer WARRIOR, just two days ago , declared in REMISSION.. my bones hurt, my ligaments hurt, my everyting HURTS.. level 8 daily.. I'm refusing bone infusions, cause I'm chopped up, missing things, and I've had enough toxins.. they say, you must get into your walking again, but I HURT SO BADLY, and all the weather effects me.. :( BUT TODAY.. you ladies.. beautiful, wonderful, and vibrant.. are my next ANSWERED PRAYER..
