Utilizing lots of skill such as Kali, Krav maga, Boxing, Ju Jitsu, Muay thai and much more is pretty impressive

The First technique I’ve stress tested before and it’s difficult to execute because it creates an opportunity to lose control. Rather than circling the wrist to the outside and using the other arm to guild into and elbow lock it’s better to grab and pluck the elbow with your free hand and use shoot your newly freed forearm into where the attackers forearm and humerus, establishing a hammer lock. This approach is more direct and leaves little room for escape

i usually use fire-based attacks against cold weapons. not saying that's the way to go, just saying it works for me; specifically

Not realistic to specific learn footwork and different distances to keep the rest is all about opportunity

I really like the look of this, but after myself being employed with cold weapons I don't see anything to this degree work in real life, simply because this is a choreography. It's a really really good one, but nothing close to realistic in my honest opinion.

First technique. Use your 2nd amendment.

The stick assisted choke looked pretty loose. If a simple head twist is enough to escape a grip like this I hardly would consider it effective

Still come back to see this after 2 years. I know the instructions only serve the purpose of marketing instead of teaching combat but their techniques and the filming quality is just so intriguing.

violence is always a last resort, id not recommend using this without proper training. but if you have no potions left, it might help you
