After Effects Tutorial: Kinetic Typography #003

@masd LAB I enjoyed the tutorial. Quick question, for the motion tile, you multiplied it by 7. it worked perfectly to make a clean loop! Why 7? You mentioned doing some basic math but I wasn't sure what that math was. Does it have to do with 10 seconds comp total length? Or because the 1080 pixels? Would multiplying by 7 make a perfect loop on a different sized or time length composition. Thanks for any help! Looking forward to more tutorials!

Roughly around the duplication composition my typography is going around clockwise in comparison to yours. Is there something that I'm missing as I have followed your steps step by step?

I know the true correct answer for this would be "Try it yourself," but as I only had time to watch this tutorial and not try it out at the moment, I was wondering if one could use half the amount of nulls and just pick whip two different corner pins to the same null.

Can you please explain why we used fromCompToSurface? I m noob in expressions 😅

I got error while writing the expressions it says a.toComp is not a function. Please help.

Edit : Solved : By mistake I pick whipped the corner pin property to null object's position instead of pick whipping to the null object itself, doing the reverse cleared the error
