I realized I was lactose intolerant when I hadn’t drank milk in awhile cause it hurt my stomach and I thought I was just overeating since it had been over 3 years, so I drank a whole glass of milk, let’s just say my stomach hurt so bad and was grumbling and bubbling noises and looked like it was moving (that’s how bad my stomach was hurting and growling.) and then I was stuck on the toilet for 30 minutes with diarrhea. This all happened at my uncles home and I didn’t tell him, and next time I went there he told me his toilet didn’t work and I had to go upstairs bcz someone had clogged it really bad 😅

My stomatch doesnt hurt but im always bloated. I drink milk every morning sometimes at night too. Sometimes i eat cheese or yoghurt. I dont feel a reaction just after drinking milk. I pass gass frequently fro the bottom. I used to have diarrhea often in the morning but not now. Am i Lactose intolerant ?

I feel like it comes and goes. I had a bowel of cereal yesterday and i was fine but today I had a small slice of cheesecake and it gave me the runs.

My mom is lactose intolerant, I wasn’t before but now I’m starting to be lactose intolerant, I prefer black coffee for two reasons, it’s bitter and plain, and I dont want milk to be in my coffee, although I don’t drink it a lot since it makes me sleepy and stains my teeth

I don't have problems digesting dairy products. I can have things like ice-cream milkshakes without problem, but as soon i see and smell milk, cheese, raw butter, i begin to tear up and start feeling really nauseous. The feeling is so intense that I can't even go to the kitchen when milk is heating on the stove. I end up throwing up or crying because of the nauseous feeling.

is nobody gonna address the fact that there was a shit load of milk on shelves instead of being refrigerated?

Just stop drinking and eating dairy its TERRIBLE for you. My life is WAY better without it. Every time I feel like testing this theory, I have some ice cream and end up incapacitated the next day. And this is coming from someone who never had problems with dairy EVER, until I was around 30 years old and started eating a lot better. As soon as you start eating better, you quickly learn how terrible dairy and gluten can be for you, simply by the way it makes you feel. Don’t ignore your body’s aches and pains(including digestive track) you will regret it later on because its your body trying tell you there’s something wrong or you ate some real garbage and that you had better stop it or else.

For me, digestive enzymes and/or Lactaid would help, if eaten before…. Not this morning tho… maybe time to give it up for good without cheating at all now.

i love diary product so much, i always drink milk since little, i'm 17 now and my mom just told me i was lactose intolerant when i was a baby, my mom doesn't know it bcs of the lack of education as a young mom and still giving me milk until now, and i was just like : "no way💀"
i still get diarrhea sometimes after consuming diary product but i love it too much i don't mind it :(
