I am in the midst of going through a divorce, and this song absolutely sums up my life.

My wife told me the only reason she is with me is because she needs my health insurance. She does not love me, she made that clear when she cheated on me many times.

She asked for a divorce, and I said OK, i don't want you to stay somewhere you do not want to be, lets go get an annulment, and her response was that she did not want an annulment, she wanted to get something out of this marriage.

It was never about the love, it was always about what I could give her, what I could provide.

This song literally is the reason I realized what my ex husband (we married at 16&17 -divorcedat 24&25) may have felt when we were together.... we were so young and there was so much i never realized he probably hid and went through while we were both trying to learn how to live... I messaged him and told him thank you.... we have been divorced since 2008 but I felt like he deserved to be told that and he said that i was the only person to ever do that for him.... he wasn't perfect but I wasn't either and he was so gracious when he accepted my message.... it's a game changer!!❤
