ive returned to this video a year later because im yet again absolutely lost and i remembered this video being banger! and it still very much is BUT at least for my country you have to register your sales differently depending on whether they're sent nationally, to within the EU, or outside the EU. do you have any tips on how to make all of this sorting work while also knowing which country the order was from? i know the information is available in a seperate CSV, but i can't for the life of me figure out how to make them work together to give me the information easily 😭

etsy charges vat for failed sales. I received 5 orders for my digital products, I don't know why but they are cancelled. But still Etsy charged listing fee, VAT. Why?

Thanks for the info, but your video didn't answer my question. The CVS monthly statements don't show the transaction number for the deposits. I'm having trouble figuring out what sold item the deposit represents. I can't even tell how long it takes after the sale is made for the deposit to show up in my bank account. If anyone knows the answers to these 2 issues, please reply. Thanks!

Thank you for this, really helpful. Can you tell me what info do I need to put into my accounting software from this? I am VAT registered in UK and only sell in UK. I'm getting confused with what I put as payment to me versus the VAT and which areas are the VAT that I can claim back.
