Put this on as bgm to do chores and school. Can’t focus on a damn thing because I keep getting sucked in by the visuals lmao and it’s only pt. 1! 😂😂
ОтветитьI love to hear shoutouts to Sophie and Sin. Amazing video!
ОтветитьThe first hour feels like an intro to the rest of the video. There is a great level of depth put into this video and its theories. Awesome video!
ОтветитьI finally made to the end, of part one... Part two here i come.
ОтветитьEveryone is talking about the length of the video, but what I wanna know is how long did the upload to YT take on this?! 😱
ОтветитьAfter listening to this masterpiece while working on other things over the past month, I can only say that this is a masterpiece on Elden Ring Lore! The way that you repeatedly consult other scholars of the Lore, the way that you often check translations and give warnings of speculation. You have fundamentally changed the way that I view the Elden Ring lore, and I'm very excited to start the second part right after this! Amazing video SmoughTown!
ОтветитьOnly reason I’d say the dragons could have had a hand in building Farum Azula is because one of the animations on a dragon (I forget the name atm) has them gripping their glaive as a human might. You could say this only works because the glaive is lightning and is being controlled by them but it goes to show they could possibly wield tools. With that said though I still agree that the beastmen built these structures especially when you look at most of buildings sizes and being able to only fit “normal” humanoid sized beings. So the beastmen most likely built most of it but it seems some dragons could maybe help in some way if they felt they should
ОтветитьTHIRTEEN HOURS FOR PART 1?????????????
ОтветитьYEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS, this is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you so much
ОтветитьI disagree with the outer gods being kami, or representations of the natural worlds order... I believe they are God's from beyond this world as suggested by the name. If they are something as fundamental as the natural order of this world they would be the opposite of outer.
If we view it through another lense however; we know that this was a world free of death where everyrhing cycled to and from life through the Erd Tree... The grater will shaped the elden ring world to defy the natural order of death, decay, and chaos... Perhaps this is why the outer God's have come to return this world to natural balance. The outer God's are opposed to the greater will, because the greater will seeks to oppose nature. In this sense the outer God's do represent nature, but not the nature of this world as imposed by the greater will. As the greater will has historically opposed death, decay, and chaos as we see throughout the world's time line. It seems Merica was somehow in agreement with the outer gods however, and paved the way to bring natural balance to this world against the greater wills wishes.
This was the most thoughtful rebuttal I could muster. Would love to hear your opinion. I do hope this comment crosses your eyes.
This is Smoughtown's magnum opus ! Amazing work man, appreciate you 🙏
ОтветитьThis video is poggers
Ответить"Try watching, in short long video ahead."
ОтветитьWhat do you mean part1 with 13 hours ?
Ответитьokay 1 more video before sleep
ОтветитьIt felt like the yapping in the begging of the video took longer then getting every achievement in every souls game and Watcheing every ep of this lore
ОтветитьWhat if Placidusax worked like Marika does? Like his God also shared his own body. And that's where his other 2 or 3 heads went. Maybe he remained faithful to the greater will while his other heads/his God didn't so the other heads were killed. Then Placidusax put farum azula and himself at the end of time in hopes it would somehow bring his other heads/his God back. But then the whole meteor thing also intrigues me. We know meteors are related to gravity magic. And gravity affects time. So maybe he used gravity magic to lift it and then it got stuck in time given the amount of gravity. Or it was done because he knew it would freeze it in time, which he wanted to do in hopes of fixing his body/his God.
ОтветитьHolly shit
ОтветитьI wonder if GRRM has ever watched this and been like "That's right, that's right, that's bullshit, that's right, that's bullshit." etc. in regards to all the theories.
ОтветитьMe: (sends this to my friend)
My friend: HOW IN ALL OF THE LANDS BETWEEN IS THIS PART ONE?!?!?!?!?
Part one?!?!
ОтветитьExcuse me??? Part 1???? 13 HOURS?!?!?!
Ответитьone more video before going to bed
ОтветитьYou said Helphens Steeple may reveal there is a red light that mirrors grace in the afterlife that guides the dead, also referenced that the blue light from the Rosas statues leads you to those who live in death. It reminded me very much of the colors on the twinbird shield mentioned earlier in the video. Maybe the black bird represents death and the meaning it carries to the living, while the red bird on the blue background might represent how the dead are guided in the afterlife. Not a lot to go on but I do think the color theme is more than a coincidence.
Ответить13 hours 💀

ОтветитьThis is SO good to throw on while doing a run of ER.
ОтветитьHow does the dragon cathedral have an ancient dragon corpse?
It seems like the dragon dies attacking the place. Same with the church, actually.
Did two of the last ancient dragons try to stop the dragon communion?
Then again…
The altars of dragon communion aren’t where they’d be if they’d been built along with the church. They’re placed before the dead dragons.
Are these two ancient dragons who died attacking churches during the war of the dragons vs the capital? And the dragon communion folks came along afterwards, setting up there as appropriate spots?
I think that makes more sense. Hmm.
I ain’t watching allat 😭
