Looks like speaker has misunderstood the concepts. for example, he equates over processing with multi tasking. that is not right understanding of over processing. I can list few more examples of wrong understandings. Overall, I felt this TED Talk is misleading viewers.

Great talk on Lean applied personally. "...In the road to human potential the customer is you" - this is a great statement. Being aware of our personal "inventory"/too many personal projects and multi-tasking vs switch-tasking are great concepts and is immediately useful. Thanks Bill!
