There's a difference between being "lean" and being "anorexic".

I laughed at the stuff he said about technology, because it has changed so much. This is the best video I've found for introducing lean management so far.

Looks like speaker has misunderstood the concepts. for example, he equates over processing with multi tasking. that is not right understanding of over processing. I can list few more examples of wrong understandings. Overall, I felt this TED Talk is misleading viewers.

Great talk on Lean applied personally. "...In the road to human potential the customer is you" - this is a great statement. Being aware of our personal "inventory"/too many personal projects and multi-tasking vs switch-tasking are great concepts and is immediately useful. Thanks Bill!
