ОтветитьI really appreciate these classes and am grateful that you leave everything in. I would like to get my 8 year old grandson doing some with me as he has no core strength and it makes me sad when I see him get disheartened when he has difficulty during ju jitsu because of this.

ОтветитьDid this as my second video this morning from Nov week 4 Playlist and made me realise I haven’t done a balance exercise in a long time as I was wobbling a lot!! I shall be repeating this to try to improve as good balance is so important for this 72 yr old! 🙏 Rachel for the variety of your videos. 😘

ОтветитьVery nice - I do this in my hallway as I have balance issues ( I put a fingertip on the wall so I know where I am - feet are numb and no reflex in ankles) very relaxing.

ОтветитьI'm loving these 20 minute sessions & they're so easy to fit into even the busiest of days. I'm a runner with a knee injury, so I can't run at present. I've lost quite a lot of my former strength through layoffs but a 20-minute session each day gives me a great rehab workout. I'd appreciate any that focus on rebuilding leg strength without aggravating injury. Thank you Rachel.

ОтветитьNot sure why I haven’t commented before. This was great. I did it after one of your fast flow sessions. In a week, how often should be we doing stretch and balance sessions. At the moment, I am doing one as part of every third session. These really are fantastic and make such a pleasant start to my day. Thank you ❤️

ОтветитьI’m so grateful to you and your help with balance. I sustained a fracture to my sacrum two years ago from a fall working out at the gym. I now have screws in my back! I have been encountering a nagging pain where the screws are located and, therefore, find stretching extremely beneficial. Your standing Pilates seems to be my best medicine for reducing the chronic nagging. I have to admit, though, balancing on one leg is very tricky for me and sometimes have to hold onto something. Thank you for your many videos to choose from.
