Prepar3D V3 - 4K - Drzewiecki Design - New York V2 - PMDG 737 - R66

Is there a FPS and performance improvement over the stock New York scenery. I have a powerful machine that slows to a crawl with low to mid settings when approaching NY. Just curious before I buy this. Thanks!

Hey Rob, do I need to have SODE in order to download/use this scenery? Also, it doesn't seem like there's much of a performance hit. Is this normal for Drzewiecki products?

Need some more moving cars on the st and Av.

IDK how you're able to run this. Just downloaded this with pairing Imagine Sim's LGA and FSDT JFK V2. Running P3d V3.4 moderate settings, MSI GL72 7RD-028 Core i7 7700HQ 2.8 GHz - 16 GB RAM - 1.128 TB SSD, NVIDIA's latest GTX  and got an OOM during my climbing right turn just after takeoff.Tried the flight a second time using PMDG's 737 again and barely made it to the airport from KBOS before hearing the FSUIPC ding's. Even while on the ground not looking at the city and de-boarding using GSX the OOM warnings from FSUIPC kept coming.  I found that continuously saving helps remedy the warnings but only for a few minutes and it starts again.My other add-ons and other things running btw while doing this flight was PMDG 737ASN2016REX Soft CloudsACARS for my VAV-Pilot for VATSIMany thoughts?

Sorry but the P3D have a bad Graphic as the FSX. This FSX/ P3D is outdated although the development take place. It has been a long time for a new development.

My 6700K @ 4.1GHz processor, 16GB RAM and GTX 1070 gives me only 25-30 fps on average for this scenery even at moderate settings. I wonder why? I was expecting much more. :(

I also bought the scenery and although it's beautiful I can't enjoy the flight with so much black texture flickering around. And if you flight at night it's even worse.
We have graphics cards with 6gigas, 16gigas of ram, ssd!!!
Come on!! Drzewiecki Design have to do something to improve the black flickering texture trouble.
Until that happens I won't buy any other scenery like this.

Rob i am al looking to tweak my set up as well, can you please tell me what tools you are using to view all the data for the GPU, I think there is an incorrect setting in my Nvidia as the GPU clock is not even hitting the limits no less the OC.
17 4790k @4.8, Gtx 980 Small OC 32Gb ram @1600. But the CPU is running at around 98% with Affinity mask =84 setting.

I genuinely don't understand how you can get those sorts of frame rates in this scenery with so many custom-placed objects, while Orbx FTX UK's version of London,  with only a fraction as many objects, is like wading through juddery treacle. What is Drzewiecki doing that Orbx apparently can't?

I have a massive and annoying problem, in the 777 I always get white dots for some milliseconds in the vc after I did the first checklist, in the pmdg 737 the same problem but without doing anything they are coming, do u know a solution, I am very frustrated! thanks in advance :(

I own this, and there is a huge improvement in frame-rate vs V1. It isn't perfect, but I think it is a great add-on.
